Our Smoked Fish Platters

All smoked fish platters come with an additional platter of assorted cream cheeses, vine-ripened tomatoes, onions and cucumbers. We also provide you with a bounty of hand-rolled bagels and bialys. Prices are per person. There is a ten person minimum for each package.


Catering RUSS & DAUGHTERS CLASSIC
Our elegant platters give a delicious selection of the smoked fish that makes us famous: a large filleted Whitefish, Gaspe Nova, Baked Salmon, and Smoked Sable. Beautifully arranged and garnished with imported capers, olives, lettuce and parsley. Comes with a vegetable and cream cheese platter and mixed bagels and bialys.

Catering SIMPLY NOVA
A classic platter of Russ & Daughters Gaspe Nova, the most mild and succulent nova there is. Hand-sliced and artisinally prepared by our renowned staff. The slices can go right from this beautifully arranged platter onto your bagel. Comes with a vegetable and cream cheese platter, mixed bagels, bialys, olives, and capers.

Catering INTERNATIONAL SMOKED SALMON SAMPLER
Offer your guests a taste test of four unique salmons: Scottish, Gaspe Nova, Gravlox, and Pastrami Cured Salmon. This is a great way to jazz up any party and discover the uniqueness of each salmon. Comes with a vegetable and cream cheese platter and a bounty of assorted bagels and bialys.

Catering THE ROYAL PLATTER
Pure elegance and divine taste. Savor the light smoke and smoothness of Russ & Daughters' premier Scottish Salmon and Private Stock Sturgeon. At the center, glistening eggs of wild Alaskan Salmon roe pop in your mouth. Enjoy these delicacies with crème fraiche, mini toasts, a vegetable and cream cheese platter, bagels, and bialys.

Catering THE DELUXE NOSH
Great for a lunch meeting or weekend brunch. First, the perfect smoked fish combination: our select Gaspe Nova and Sable. This platter comes with sliced bagels, pumpernickel bread, plain and chive cream cheeses, our 100% fresh squeezed orange juice, pickles from the barrel and, to end on a sweet note, our famous babka and rugelach.

Catering A WHOLE SIDE
Make this the centerpiece of your party. Choose your favorite smoked salmon and let our master slicers prepare a whole side for you. Your guests will be impressed as they peel their slices right off of the fish.

Add $1.00 to per pound price of each type of smoked salmon. A side of salmon weighs an average of four pounds. Silver fish board not included.

To place your order or find out more about catering, please call us at 212.475.4880. We will provide you with personal service the Russ & Daughters way.
  • All catering packages have a minimum order of 10 people.
  • All orders are to be placed at least 3-5 days in advance, unless in the event of a funeral/shiva.
  • Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to pick-up/delivery or they will be subject to a 50% fee.
  • Platters are not available for shipping.
  • Prices are subject to change. Please call and ask for current prices.
  • Russ & Daughters does not provide waitstaff or coffee/tea service.


Delivery

Russ & Daughters can arrange for a scheduled delivery seven days a week anywhere in the Metro New York City area. In Manhattan (below 96th Street): catering delivery is $27.00 for up to 3 pieces. Please call to confirm delivery charges to other boroughs or outside of New York City.
